What We Do

We are kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, flooring and electrical specialists in West Sussex, operating mainly in the Littlehampton and Worthing areas although we are happy to travel further afield for special projects. We are a family run business with an excellent reputation for quality, service and commitment. A large amount of our work is from satisfied customers as well as from recommendations, who in turn also become repeat customers.

Our extensive range of services includes design, installation, tiling, electrical, plumbing, and plastering. Whether you are looking for your dream kitchen, a new bathroom, or to transform a room with wood or laminate flooring then we can help. 

 

We offer a full design and installation service as well as a supply only service and full electrical services.

Our Showroom

We have a showroom in the centre of Rustington where our customers can see examples of our work and our range of kitchens, bathrooms, bedroom, showers, taps, flooring and tiles.

We can access products from a vast selection of suppliers, to suit all budgets. 

​

Customers are spoilt for choice and can choose from some of the best products available to create their dream kitchen, bathroom or bedroom.

As well as being retailers for an extensive range of suppliers, we are a Showroom of Excellence and Accredited Retailer for Vitra, Elisa, Laufen, Calypso and an Elite Showroom for Cosentino!

If you would like to come and see us to discuss your home improvements, or would just like some ideas or inspiration, feel free to come and visit us in our showroom which is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.

 

Our Team

We are a family run business, established and run by Paul Windsor, and have been operating in the Sussex area for over 28 years.

Our team of specialists includes fully qualified plumbers, electricians, fitters and tilers.  

 

CUSTOMER CHARTER

This Charter aims to outline, to our customers, the service standards that they can expect when conducting business with Windsor Kitchen & Bathrooms Ltd.

As our commitment to you we will:

  • Be responsive, approachable and treat you fairly and with respect.

  • Offer a no obligation site visit.

  • Protect personal information given in line with data protection regulations.

  • Provide clear, accurate and understandable information about products and services.

  • Supply goods and services in line with your usual consumer rights.

  • Provide a clear and itemised written Quotation together with Terms and Conditions that you can understand.

  • Explain the process stages and keep you updated before, during and after point of sale.

  • Provide written documentation to confirm a proposed start date and payment schedule.

  • Respect your home and do our utmost to ensure that our projects are carried out with the minimum of disruption and inconvenience to you, with a commitment to cleanliness.

  • Keep the work area safe and ensure it is tidy at the end of the working day.

  • Ensure that all works agreed are both carried out and completed in accordance with the terms of the original quotation and the job specification.

  • Inform you before undertaking any work that may incur extra costs, and create an additional contract to include any variations to the original.

  • Be realistic when advising start and completion dates.

  • Commission and carry out a hand-over explaining how things work and any maintenance required.

 

We welcome feedback, both positive and negative, and encourage you to tell us how satisfied you are with our work, and whether we have met your expectations.

We understand that sometimes things do not go as expected, and we have an initial complaints process. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us by phoning 01903 715796 or emailing office@pawindsor.co.uk and a member of our staff will aim to deal with your concerns appropriately. If you remain unsatisfied, you may request your complaint is reviewed by another member of staff, usually a Company Director. 

Although we hope to be able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction should the complaint need  further action we would use an Alternative Dispute Resolution Service, to be determined if required.  For Electrical disputes we would advise following the Trustmark process outlined on www.trustmark.org.uk/consumers/if-things-go-wrong

 

All we ask as a commitment from you is:

  • Provide the necessary access to your property and highlight any special requirements that may affect the works.

  • Keep us advised of any changes that are required.

  • Pay on time and according to the payment schedule as agreed.
